Partner application terms

Submitting an application confirms that you have read this applicant disclosure and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. This acknowledgement is not a signed commercial partner agreement and does not guarantee approval, work, exclusivity, revenue or activation.

Provide accurate identity, authority, business and category information. Livora requests only information proportionate to the proposed work and may verify it through disclosed, lawful channels. Approval for one role or category is not approval for every activity.

If the application is approved, Livora will present the agreement that matches the work being activated: supplier or seller, skilled service provider, transport carrier, merchant-managed delivery, or another approved programme. Identity, payout, data-sharing and commercial activation schedules may also apply. You will be able to review the applicable version before accepting it.

Application terms, privacy information, optional marketing and later commercial acceptance are separate choices. You can review and correct the application before submission. The application checkbox records acceptance of these application terms only; it does not sign a later commercial agreement.

Live listings, dispatch, customer-data access and payouts require the applicable approved agreement, verified scope and activation conditions. A pending or approved application must not be presented as proof of an unresolved regulatory, insurance, location, vehicle, driver or payment-provider approval.
