Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy removes a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where Zambia’s electronic-transactions cooling-off right applies, eligible consumers may cancel within the statutory period. Legal exceptions can apply, including certain everyday consumables and services performed in full with consent.
02

Before work starts

An unaccepted quotation may be declined. A paid order or delivery cancelled before dispatch is assessed for release or refund of the unused amount. The app will identify any non-refundable, already-performed or third-party cost before confirmation where possible.
03

Defects and unsuitable services

Report a missing, damaged, defective, misdescribed or unsuitable supply promptly with the order reference and available evidence. Depending on the responsible supplier and the law, the remedy may be correction, completion, repair, replacement or refund.
04

Refund records

Approved refunds return through the supported payment or reconciliation route and are recorded against the original transaction. Livora does not require a customer to waive unrelated statutory rights to receive an undisputed refund.
