Acceptable use and restricted goods

Do not impersonate another person, forge records, use stolen credentials, evade restrictions, manipulate payment or delivery evidence, introduce malware, scrape private data or disrupt the service.

Unlawful or stolen goods, counterfeits, unauthorised drugs, weapons or explosives, fraudulent documents, trafficking, exploitation, money laundering and services facilitating crime are prohibited. Standard delivery excludes cash-transfer jobs, undeclared dangerous goods and passenger carriage as a substitute for a licensed passenger service.

Chemicals, pesticides, hazardous fertilisers, medicines, medical devices, live animals, animal products, perishables, fuel, mining materials, abnormal loads, high-value cargo and cross-border work require category-specific review, documents, handling and suitable vehicles before acceptance.

Unsafe or unlawful instructions must be stopped and reported. Livora may proportionately remove a listing, restrict a category or suspend an account while preserving lawful earnings, refunds and review rights.
